I have had this contract for just over a year. I have been complaining since then on poor internet speeds and connectivity! I have also been complaining about the absolute shocking state of itunes app store in south africa. There are no games and the apps are very limited. THIS IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR!! Although i love this phone and apple as a brand, i can no longer carry on this way. I would like Cell C to take this phone back and exchange it for a Samsung S4 phone that works with Android and that has ALL THE APPS AND GAMES AVAILABLE. The Apple phones have also been known for connectivity issues on the Cell C network. I am putting a payment stop on this contract at the end of this month as I can no longer pay so much for such services! I sat on the phone for about 45min last night to try and find out the progress of my previous queries which are overdue on the cell c systems. This was verified by a tech support consultant just before i was cut off. I have also had shocking experience with cell c cover when i had to claim for my phone last year. I am really done with this now and would like immediate service and expect a very prompt resolution to ALL MY ISSUES!
