Ever since Cell c started I had a fairly good service from them. When something went a miss I would call them and they would fix the problem, but since the Aug 14, I've been struggling to get any response from Cell C regarding data coverage in the Paarl region. Al I get from them is - "they'll get back to me in 24-72 hours. I've reported the problem 4 times without any feedback from Cell C. This renders my smart phone useless as I can only make calls. Not receive mail or send whats app messages or surf the internet. And the end of the month I'll lose my data that paid for.
