I was going to write this complaint in a profession manner but I am just so fed up with the poor service delivery that I'm just going to say it as it is.
THE INTERNET SERVICE CELL C IS PROVIDING IS USELESS!!
I am using the iPhone 5 and live in Amanzimtoti. I hardly ever have a good connection to the net. My phone is constantly "connecting". Most of the time I only see the "cell c" at the top left side of the screen without the "3g".
What is the point of having 500MB of data a month but being unable to actually use it!?
Using the internet while being stationary is hard, using it while on the move is right impossible as it is unable to keep the connection. Whenever I try sending an image it keeps on failing repeatedly and using Whatsapp is almost impossible.
OK so "call the cell c call centre". HA! Just to waste my airtime while holding on for EVER! No one answers the phones!
I am sick and tired of paying for something I am unable to fully use and enjoy.
