Required a static IP address to remote access my dvr. From Technical Support (1555) was to told to activate MTN VPN. This was done.
Called 1555 and 0877404040 over ten time to obtain an ip address, everytime a different process was discussed or was forwarded to another department or they simply do not understand the MTN VPN business.
Safe to say I still do not have the static address. The cell no for the static IP address is 083 705 9598.
