No response after many months of requests!

Am still waiting for a response after 8 months of emails requesting a credit on my account of R8.33
for postage fee to send my account to me.
This must be the only company in the world who charge to send your account to you.
And it is -R16 if they email it to you.
It is disgusting.
And no response from them at all since last year.
