In april i bought 2GB internet bundle, in May they deducted the money R249 which is ok with me, but what makes me angry they deducted again in June, i called on friday, I was on hold for 2 hours, dont have a problem with that they were busy, i called today again to check why my money is not in my account they said i called after 1, and i started calling around 10 30am on friday, today they telling me that i will get the money after 8 days, i dont why because its not my fault, its their fault, they just messed up my budget, i really need my money asap as i want to use it for personal issues, to pay my other things, i spoke to Grace SIWAYA, ref no for the call is 101417485.im really off, and once my contract is done i will go to another network.
