13/11/2013 Email send to [Email Removed] - My account ranges average I woould say R700. THis months account is R2900! I queries the account as it is above normal and I never use that at all.
14/11/2013 - another email send - read but no response
26/11/2013 - Another email send - read but no response
I phoned on (011) 912-3000.To no surprise I went from Pillar to post as no one want to help because I am contesting the account and rediculous billing amount and they cannot explain what the contants are for exactly.
I refuse to pay this account until it is rectified! And if my account get's blocked I will have a field day. I want each packet data explained what it was for, in writing.
There is also a content charge which no one can tell me what it is for.
