I took out a loan at BFS Cash Loans in Alberton & was very please with the service I was given on the day, however, month end has come & they have deducted from my account 4 times already, leaving me once again in a financial state. They have over charged me with R1300.00 & when I called yesterday & spoke to a Michelle, she told me that I needed to come in to the branch & collect the money that was over deducted. But this morning, yet again another amount of R683 was deducted.
I dont see why I need to waste my time on running after a company that should be able to work with debit orders & such things, as I have already phoned & enquired, why again is money being deducted?
I want the situation to be sorted today & people be aware, some loan places might not look dodgy, but it seems they dont have an idea of what they are doing.
