I can't believe I'm posting another complaint, but just one more year then I'm rid of them! I have 2 contracts with Mtn SP. I paid for new sim cards when I upgraded, one sim stoped working on the weekend - 9mnts old. Take it to Featherbrook Village, got the village to help me - Dolly and Grov? They test my sim it works in another phone, doesn't work in my blackberry. I had to pay R136-80 for a new SIM because MTN = quality. I first refused to pay because a prepaid sim costs 50c and my SIM didn't even last half of the duration of my contract. Phoned Matthew (area mangager) and he is very proud of the fact that he profits from customers who have to pay for new sims more than twice during the duration of their contracts? I paid cash. Had to wait for them to go get change from the bank. Then, they cannot print a receit, wrote a manual receit with none of my info on it? I had the worst year with Mtn ever. At work, no signal, got more than 20 collegues including MD to complain - nothing done! Bought 2 prepaid data packages - never got to use it. Paid insurance on 2 handsets I dont even own anymore -Mtn couldn't cancel it. Done with MTN. Will challenge with consumer law...
