I took over a data contract from my company for R199 a month, first bill in my name R299.

I was promised that the subscription would remain the same. However when I demanded for the manager to see me regarding this, (after going to alberton city mtn) he said he can't help me and stared at me with a blank look.

Frustrating, as it took me almost 4hours to toto the 2 branches and still be unsuccessful. The level of service and helpfulness is shocking!!!
