I took out a contract with cell c on march 28th, the sale was made via telephonic sales. i asked for a top up contract. when my package arrived i realised that it was a straight up contract. i called them (around the second week of april) to notify them of this and was told that the matter was gonna be looked into. i kept calling them every week after that amd eventually got tired of doing so. all i have is a list of reference numbers but no solution to the problem. its so frustrating because im billed and end up paying more than the amount that i agreed to. its so disappointing because this is my first contract with them and its definitely the last. hopefully this time i will get the help that i have been looking for for the past 3 months.
