I recently took the Samsung S4 from MTN. I signed a contract for the 350 package and 350 data and 350 SMS. When I got the phone they put me on the R200 package. I logged a complaint at the store as this was not what I sign the contract for. They promised to fix it and told me that it had been done. A month and a half a later nothing has been done and when I go to the store the say I have to wait another week and they will phone me back. This is unacceptable and illegal. MTN are in breach of a legal document and have broken the law. I have been patient up to now but there poor service I have received is unacceptable. I am not prepared to wait another week.
