I recently took out two contracts from Cell C. One of the contracts was activated on the wrong package after I clearly indicated which package I wanted. I noticed that the package was incorrect after doing a balance check and immediately called the customer service centre. No one at the centre could tell me what the problem was and directed me back to the store. At the Cell C store they could also not detect what the problem was and I had to wait for the new month to start and again do a balance check. Again it showed that the package was incorrect. Also the phone had been suspended due to overuse which was not the case at all. After several calls to the centre and going into Cell C stores I had to finally realise that they have activated the wrong package. So again I was told to go to the original store and have to do a contract cancellation and re-do the contract. At the store they just took my number to get back to me and still have not contacted me. Not once has any of the Cell C personnel apologised for the inconvenience and for their mistake. How hard can it be to rectify this mistake, it has been almost a month now.
