8ta contract

My contract with 8ta expired on the 12th of April 2013 and I requested that they cancel the contract on the said date of expiry but they told me that they can only cancel it after 21 days and I accepted which was supposed to be the the 2nd of May, to my suprise they continued debiting my account till I called and cancelled it via e-mail on the 6th of September 2013 at 08:50 without even requesting the debited amounts and they promised to cancel it immediately, only for them to debit my account again month end of September so as a result I went to the bank to reverse the debit order, I still called them and asked why did they debit my account but they told me that my request was not actioned so I told them that I will send another request but my decision to reverse the debit order still stands, now on the 25th of October a get an sms that some debt collector has debited R277 from my account and i called the debt collector for clearity, only to be told that they acting on 8ta's request.
