I called to report bad signal and that was a long story which 3 weeks later I still have not heard anything about! i then call for a statement that i want emailed to me., they then say that I have 2 contacts in use - I cancelled my old contract 1 YEAR ago, I paid up the balance as I was moving overseas, it has been a week fighting with them being passed from one person to the next to then hear that they gave me the wrong amount to pay to do an early cancellation and that 1 year down the road i now only get a bill... I think this is absolutely disgusting, it is not my problem that they messed up the amount - how was I supposed to know, I will not pay anything other than my current contract (which i wish i never got as i have just had problems from the word go!)
I will never recommend Cell C to anyone as they are pathetic!!!
