REF 4653324, 46504823, 46636245 Called in on Oct12 to cancel i was told to call back on the 30Nov12 .i was then told to call back on the 18thDec12.contract 0761935714 and 0823884003 will end 20 Jan 2013.my last debit order will be taken from my bank account on the 1march 2013. fri15thFeb '13 i received a call from retentions dept that 076 1935714 & 0823884004 has been cancelled! i called back to confirm as Virgin NEVER get it right.
i called back to billing dept and i was told ONLY 0823884003 (I'm still not sure if it is number 4003or 4004 they cancelled!) HAS been cancelled and not 076 1935714 so the last debit will go off on the 1april 13. so i have used the airtime and MUST pay for it. not that i have a choice! dt order will go off .yes that is fine if it was NOT cancelled why did i Not receive my 1000 free sms's on 0761935714 because of no sms's received my child thought its because of the cancelled contract. I want my sms's loaded.which i have dearly paid for due to Virgin not getting it right once again and need to know which numbers have REALLY been cancelled
