Poor and No response and service from MTN

I had an issue where someone has done a handset upgrade on my MTN contract. After reporting it the first time I had to make additional calls to get a response from MTN as to how they are going to action and resolve this matter. I had to then proof my identity by sending MTN certified copies of my documents which I did, even though it was at big inconvenience to me. MTN eventually advise me that it was copy of my ID which was used and that they have reversed the upgrade, when I asked them whether I could view the copy of the documents I was told to open a case and the SAP will then request it. I then also asked MTN whether they are going to investigate this matter further as I feel it could possibly be staff that is involved and asked them whether they have opened a case against the person or any case at all. I am still waiting for them to get back to me after 3 days to tell me what action they are taking. It seem like they are just not interested. No one has even contacted me to apologise for something like this to happen at one of their dealers or to update my security information on their system. I find it unacceptable, I will take my business elsewhere.
