Last Year December I received a message that an upgrade has been done on my cell no. On the same day I reported this matter to MTN. I was requested to send through an affidavit and a copy of my ID so that my case can be investigated. I did exactly that. Til this date I have not received any positive feedback.

I have been calling everyday since than to get the status of my query. I am now told that I need the upgrade papers, now how do I begin to get the upgrade papers when I don't even know where and by who the upgrade was done. This is unacceptable as I continue to pay for a phone that I do not even own.

Further to that I was told by consultants that I cant be put through to the department dealing with the case. I mean how else will I ever get this issue resolved.

The sad thing is I speak to different consultants on a daily base who make me hold the line for about 20 to 30 min and eventually I have to drop as I do not get any response from the other line. So what do I do if there is silence. My next report I will gladly expose the different consultants names if get no response

Can someone from MTN help me out with this issue as I am now getting tired of calling
