Furious!!!

I am very disappointed with MTN, they really are making me sick, i have been billed for a BB when i have already upgraded to a samsung, i called the 808 and they told me i was supposed to tell them that i don't want to be billed for BIS, i mean if i did an upgrade why am i still being billed for a "free" BIS, when i took the BB i was advised it comes with a free BIS now all of a sudden when i have upgraded i am being told i was paying for it, this is unacceptable and its . and the consultant was very rude. i have been a loyal MTN customer for long and the treatment is very appalling. i would like a response ASAP. and a solution to the problem...
