Itemized billing Problem

I have had it with Vodacom!

In August I requested Itemised billing. I was told it will be sent via e-mail and will receive it by the Seventh of each moth. Also it will cost me R17.

Yesterday on 09/09/2013 I phoned customer care to find out when will I receive this... The first person sayd she can see itemised billing has been loaded to my account, but she does not know why I haven't received it yet. She then made a request to accounts to send it to me and asked I should Fax a copy of my ID to her.

Sitting at work with out my ID I decided to call again and ask why after being a client for over 7 years should I send my ID in now? The next consultant who helped very kindly sayd a copy of my ID is not necessary, and he will sort it out in 24 Hours. Service request S3-T0D19-98NPC.

Well guess what? It is over 24 hours and still no Account...

This is probably what happens when you dominate the market... It feels like dealing with Telkom accounts in the 90's!!!
