It's now a week since I asked Vodacom very nicely to upgrade my pay-as-you-go data package to a contract one to add on to my existing contract with them...
All is in order, says the agent.

Silence since then.
Now the contact centre says I must call them two days from now!!!
Does Vodacom actually want my business?
