Although I have 3 bar coverage, the internet connection is down 90% of the day. Only during the early mornings would the connection work. I have purchased the 100GB sim after testing it 2 days successfully a month ago. Have logged this 3 times already, no technician has even tried to contact me.
This problem is not going to be sorted out and I could really appreciate a refund (- the data that I've used)
Calling the call centre has helped me with absolutely nothing.
