Every now and then I receive phone calls or an sms from Creditworx claiming I have an outstanding account with Mogale City. I explain time and again that I don't have a Mogale City account and that I am not the person they're looking for (because they use the person's first name afterwards), they tell me that my number is on their system. I happen to have the same surname as the person who owes money but a different name and a completely different ID number so why are they continuously harassing me?!?!?!?!?! What I'd love to know though is how and why they have MY number! Worse is that I am sitting at work and have to explain this over and over again but no one seems to get the message. I have been told that my number will be removed from the system, but that is clearly not the case!!! If this continues, I WILL TAKE FURTHER LEGAL ACTION because this is clearly in BREACH OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 68 OF 2008!!!
