I did a billling enquiry at the call centre, after my bill was unexplainable high for internet cost. My bill usage is always -R250, but that specific bill was about R750.00. After a few calls with consultants i also spoke to a Brenda, team leader at the call centre. A Manager called me back but nothing has been done since then, and nobody ever got back to me again. Im frustrated calling the call centre all the time without anything being done.
