PATHETIC INTERNET AND GPRS SERVICE

On the 12th of Feb 2013 I logged a complaint (Query number 6240010) that in the area, where I live, I get full 3G coverage but I struggle to connect to the internet. If by chance I manage to connect, a simple page like facebook mobile would take around 5min to load, if I did not decide to stop it and hope for better days. On H full signal and still struggle to connect, I wont even mention 3G, Edge to G because there is no connection at all.

It is sad that, to date, MTN has not resolved this issue. At first they sent me up and down between Coverage and Data Support departments. Nobody seemed to have a clue what exactly was going on, yet I gave them a clear breakdown of what was going on.. even told them that I do not have this connectivity issues in other areas.

I have two MTN number's on Galaxy S2's unfortunately and my wife has Galaxy S3 also on MTN. One cannot tell me the problem is on our side now, can they?

I fail to understand why they, MTN, sell us all these high end phones if they're not going to meet the demands that come with it.

Wait till my contract expire and see what happens!
Worst terrible service MTN honestly!
