I went to vodacom on Sunday 16 June, at the Boulders shopping centre in Midrand, got there and was greeted by a lady who offered to assist with the upgrade, she then took my details and suddenly she acted like I wasn't there, she was busy on her phone smiling while I was there waiting to hear what was happening, she then made a call to a call centre and then said that I did not qualify for an upgrade, when I requested cancellation she advised that i can only cancel in August, on that contract I had BIS and all of a sudden it was deactivated, I want the contract to be cancelled immediately. Why did I get calls from vodacom to upgrade and then all of a sudden I don't qualify? And why is my BIS deactivated.
