I have never received more disgusting service in my life than I have from CellC! The most incompetent staff! People who are unwilling to help. Every day it is a new story, when I call im told someone will call me, but nobody ever does! I took a contract out in April, I have hardly had the phone as it has been in repairs for the 3rd time and still is. At the 3rd time I asked that this contract be cancelled and I want a new phone and I don't mind starting a new contract however cell c will not accept my reasonable request. Instead I'm paying for a phone that I have not had in 3 months!!! I DID NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT TO NOT HAVE A PHONE!!! I have lost all faith in the incompetent call centre staff who are trained to say the same thing and not know how to make a decision or handle queries or care to return calls. I am so highly frustrated, I feel at this point I'm going around in circles every day and Cell C is just messing around with me, treating customers like fools! I will take this to 702, Carte Blanchet and other public platforms as it seems that CELL C is operating underhandedly and don't give a about customer service, but they gladly debit my account!
