My partner and I decided to join the gym because it was closed to where we worked we paid our fess monthly no hastles due to unforeseen circumstances we could no longer afford to pay for the gym we then made an appointment to see the manager telling us we cannot cancel the gym contract by no means we can try and sell it to individuals who will be interested we then read the contract thoroughly and nowhere did it state what the manger had told us we then went back spoke to the staff explaining that we should just sign canellation forms an it would be cancelled, we made sure from another staff member if that's all we should do he told us to secretely pay money in he's bank account and our contracts should be cancelled we refused to do things in that way n tried a different branch in rosebank to see if they would help us another staff member explaiined we do not have topay any fees bt we should pay him to remove our names from their system we then received threathenig emails from planet fitness to take legal action if we do not pay 6000 each for rhe contracts to be cancelled which is very wrong they are forcing us to pay something we do not use and can't afford
