I did an upgrade 5 DAYS ago the staff member at cell c did not inform me that you cant add on money or MB to a straight up account her words to me was yes you can add on money to a straight up contract, i have been phoning cell c now every day to change my contract to a top up again but NOTHING IS HAPPENING??? I cant understand how they could change my contract from a top up to a straight up in less than 4 HOURS but they cant change it back top a top up in 5 DAYS??? Now my phone that im paying for has not been active for the last 5 DAYS!!! I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO CHANGE TO CELL C... How hard can it be to listen to me and change my contract again???
