DISGUSTING SERVICE

I called the upgrades department on 05.06.13 for an early upgrade and Koketso assisted me. I was called back by her in the afternoon and told all was approved and that 5-7 days in would receive my phone.
After 7 days and NO phone i called and was told "still pending approval" then i got a call back saying all approved and phone NOT dispatched. Today 18.06.13 i was told again "pending approval" by customer care. What disgusts me is that no one bothers to get back to me and when i call head office i get CUT OFF TWICE.
I have been emailing Koketso and she does not even bother to reply. What happened to customer service.

I am now rather going to move all my lines to another provider.
