As a long standing customer of Nashua mobile, I wanted to do an early upgrade on one of my existing lines as i desperately need a new phone.
I called the upgrades department and was faced with my first disappointment.
I was told that i can only upgrade 3 months prior to the contract expiring.
When i challenged that i was told that the individual will speak to a manager and get back to me.
She did with not benefit to me.
If other service providers can and are willing to upgrade their clients at any stage then i do not see why Nashua mobile wont...
I will be cancelling all four lines and moving to another service provider.
