UPGRADE NOT ACTIONED

I called Virgin Mobile last Thursday, 11th July to do an upgrade. I was ASSSURED I would get my phone by today. I have made several phone calls over the last week to enquire about the status of my phone, only to be 'assured' that it is in the process. Today I get told that my contract is STILL pending approval! I AM NOT IMPRESSED!! YOUR SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED!!
I was told I would get my phone within 5 - 7 days. Today is Day 7 and it's still in their system.
