Bad Service, dont care attitude

I upgraded my phone about 2 weeks ago, and was told that i will be getting my cell phone in 5-7 working days.
5-7 working days have passed and i have been making a follow up with Virgin Mobile since then with no joy from anyone.
I have called endlessly with the promise of being called back by the consultants who "HELPED" me.
none of those consultants have called back. I have received nothing but attitude from these people, and have received a "i don't care" attitude from them particularly Koketso Sekgale from the Retentions department.

I have now decided to cancel my order with Virgin Mobile as I have on countless occasions given them the chance from them to come back to me..
I'm sick of this network i don't know why Ive stayed with them for this long, they talk of having "Champs", i don't call the people working in that company Champs. They don't care for their Customers, and they treat customers like rubbish and its because of us that they have jobs and they get salaries at the end of the month.

Im soo disgusted with the Service Ive received from Virgin Mobile.
