DONT GO TO THE VODACOM DATA STORE IN TYGERVALLEY

Upon doing a sim swap for my IPhone and buying a cell phone charger I discovered not even 24 hours later that I bought the wrong thing and that I didn't need the whole charger but only an adapter. When I returned to the store I explained my situation and asking for my money back as they did not have the adapter, the person claiming to be the store manager, Morne told me, "no refunds, its store policy and its not my problem, you can take it up with head office".

When I asked what do you do if a blind person walks into the store, do you tell them the store policy, Morne replied "we usually tell them" implying they don't inform their customers.

No where on the till slip did it say what the store policy was or, no refunds are allowed and no one pointed out that the little A4 page with telephone book print writing that that is their terms and conditions. They refused to give my money back.

When phoning head office I found out that Morne is not even the store manager and that it is actually Neville. When my sister returned to the shop for me to resolve the matter, Neville wasn't interested in helping us at all and did absolutely nothing about Morne's actions.
