CANT CHANGE MY NAME

I have been married for 4 years and have been trying to change my surname with Vodacom. 2 years ago when I upgraded I was told my name would be changed with the next upgrade, to my surprise it wasn't.

Either change my name or come fetch this upgraded phone I will get a contract someplace else?
