I have been getting debit orders goin goff my account and today the 19.06.2013 i decided to call all the suppliers to see what im getting debited for. I called the standard bank number as per the bank statement and they refered me to the 0861106143 number which then refered me to 2 different other numbers. I phoned the the first number: 1 Box - they informed me that vodacom offered me a phone in 2009 & the offer came with an email account and have been billed for that email account since then. I have never received any phone as they are saying it was declined but this supplier still goes and debit my account for services not rendered nor used. second Number: Milc and they informed me of the same situation but this time i getting charged for services on downloads which is a benefit that came with the phone I never received or so they say it was declined. These call centres say i was suppose to have called & cancelled with them but i never knew that as i was not contacted by them. This is pure and i want my money back.
To date the money debited amounts to R1536.00 from reference ISPB EM-825129-2 and the other amounts to R912.00 from reference MILC EM-825129-3.
