I made a payment on the 09/05/13 of R285.00 towardsmy contract. E-mails and fax sent through faxed reflecting the proof of payment. I even typed on the body of the e-mail in large red font where the payment needs to be allocated to. On the 25/05/13 R385 goes off the bank account and subsequently reversed!! I called in an was told by agent 1 to fax thro the documents. Agent 1 Chumisa confirms she received all docs and has sent to Finance for processing. Line is suspended and I call in at 09:30pm again and speak to agent 2. No docs received and he requests docs be sent thro again! He lifts the suspension on the line, 5 minutes later line is off. I call thro and speak to teamleader Charmaine Shabalala. She advises only the Finance dept can override the suspension once payment is allocated and she will follow up tomorrow and call me back. Never heard from her for the next 2 days and line still off. Call thro and find out account is with Cell C legal dept. Get a hold of Charmaine who then states there is no proof of payment on system!!! Absolutely shocked and resend evrything to her e-mail address on 18/06/13. 24hrs later still no response and line remains suspended! MR.CEO, step in
