SHOCKING!!!

I applied on line for R2600.00 on the 26/11/12. I promised to pay by 25/12/12. I was retrenched and made arrangements to pay 31 Jan 2013 the amount of R3119.27. I instructed a debt order to come off. The 31/ 01 the amount was not taken off. Called Wonga call centre and asked for their banking details as arranged to pay R1500 internet transfer. I paid the amount on 5 Feb. 11 Feb I received a call from attorneys saying my account was handed over as I hadn't made payment. I faxed through my proof. I faxed it twice. Eventually the amount was allocated to my account after many calls and frustration. 1 March paid and e-mailed proof of payment to [Email Removed] I called 4 March to confirm that they have received my payment as I had noticed that the e-mail had not been opened or read. I was reassured that they have sent my request to finance and the amount would be debited to my account. I was told by the call centre consultant that I need not call again as it is all sorted. Friday 8 March the attorneys called wanting payment as I was 54 days in arrears. I called wonga and they confirmed the amount would be allocated within 1 hour. Went online still not allocated.
