Terrible Service - No Feedback

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to get a quote for an early upgrade, this is proving impossible.
I called your upgrades Dept on Friday, I was promised a response on Friday, Tuesday morning latest.
I had no response, I called back Tuesday morning, I was promised a response by close of business.
At 4pm I called back for an update, I was then told that I need to wait 48 hours.
I then sent a complaint through as a facebook message, I was told someone would get hold of me.
I still have received no response, I have been with you guys now for 10 months & am looking to upgrade early.
I do not mind paying in to do this, I am currently sending an average of over R700.00 p/m with you guys.
I am going overseas on vacation in a week & would like to sort this out before I leave.
Please give me feedback ASAP as otherwise I will rather upgrade my Vodacom contract & move back across to them.
