Spam spam and more spam

I receive so much spam from mweb. Have contacted mail abuse over 30 times. They made me open a store more account and then I e-mail the spam through to them. This takes a while as you need to open the mail, send it to the store account. once stored you need to open a new mail, attach the spam from the store account and then send it. I also block the sender as they told me to, yet I still get so much spam and from the same people I have reported and blocked. Starting to think they actually have shares in the spam or why else would they not help. This is my spare home address which I hardly ever use. But my accounts are sent here, So I cannot cancel it. It is not as if i give this account out to anyone. I have stopped downloading as all this spam just costs me. Why even have a mail abuse centre if no one there cares enough to stop spam!
