Really long and hard to talk to Cell C

Some time ago I requested your accounts dept to contact me to change my banking details. after confirming that you change both accounts I have with you, you only changed one. I again asked you to change my banking details on the last outstanding account. You gave me one missed call, and there after emailed me that I must phone you because you can not get hold of me. After one phone call does not constitute as trying. Please try again. Because I refuse to pay bank charges on a dormant bank account for your company's benefit. I have said that I want to close this account months ago and yet I still have to battle with Cell c operators because they feel the urge to NOT TRY MORE THAN ONCE> Please note this is a data card, thus the reason why I do not phone the 041 number.
