Over the past couple months, I have been experiencing numerous problems with mtn, and now i have to sit with SUSPENDED CONTRACTS WHICH IS NOT EVEN MY FAULT!!! I AM HIGHLY ANNOYED WITH THE INCOMPENTENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF AT THE MTN HELP CANTRE, AS WELL AS THE SERVICE WITH THE CALL CENTRE!!! I WANT THIS PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME ABOUT INCONVEINCE ASAP!!!
