Bank messed up my account and some debit orders didnt go through. Including my MTN one. This resulted in MTN suspending my service. I payed the amount on Monday 11th November. The ticket was resolved but not closed so the guys at MTN outlet cannot unsuspend my service. I still don't have service and I am expected to contact MTN. Question is how do I contact them since my service is suspended? Why doesn't MTN have a "Landline friendly" (011 xxx xxxx) number that people can use to try and get assistance or have a number open for suspended services. Several attempts to get this resolved through call centres have failed dismally.
I am completely baffled and annoyed by this service.
