Not happy with the service

Good day

My name is Hlangi Mfusi, i have 2 contracts with Nashua Mobile, a Vodacom and an Mtn. For the past few months i have been having problems with my Mtn contract no 0788001770 with an error my service has been suspended please contact your service provider which i still have a problem. I called their contact center to assist, i have called 5 times and spoke to 5 different people for the past 3 months and keep on telling me about Fica blocking and its always sorted within 24 hrs and nothing has been happening, no feedback nothing and the abseting part is that i have to always call them and its costing me as they dont even have a toll free number and nobody does ever bother to call u and follow up if they suceeded, This is so disappointing especially if u a paying for that service but this is the treatment u receive.
