Still no phone since 29 April 2013

Hello Peter, I have no words for the way Cell C has treated me. Till this day I still have no phone. After my complaint to you on Tuesday, Cell C responded by saying they will get back to me. Nothing till this day. On Saturday I went back to Cell C, the glen out of curiosity, the lady who was (is) busy with my case, told me she was off sick, she only came back to work on Wednesday. But she had not done anything still. I then requested a manager, again another manager was sent my way. Stewart (the manager) wasn't aware of the case, he told me to re-tell the story all over again. He then told me they will have to send the phone back to repairs. (i'm not sure which phone is to go back). He then gave me his card and told me to send him an e-mail. But still not phone, no feedback. They kept blaming the repairs centre, the repairs centre blamed the store. Im now not sure who is responsible or when if ever am I getting a new phone.
