Went to the N1 City Branch to dispute a charge which they made to my account. Spoke to Anele and he promised he would contact my back on 3 June 2013 and I? m still awaiting feedback. Went to the store on 5 occasions looking for Anele and the Manager. Anele is always on lunch and the Manager is always in a meeting off site.
This is very Bad service from the store and its personal, they don't want to HELP at all and its always full of excuses.
Is there a way I can take this matter further, because I'm receiving no Feedback from the store or the Web Service which MTN provide?
PS: Log a previous report regarding this issue, which they also promised feedback and still no answer.
