Selling damaged goods and intentionally misleading

On Friday the 13th of September I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 from Jet in Fort Beaufort, I was assisted by a gentleman named Anele. I was told I can return the phone for an exchange if it is faulty within 7 days. The phone was faulty and I returned it on 20th September. I was made to wait for a maximum of 20 minutes before I could be serviced and I was made a fool of by Anele who told me to go to another Jet store in Alice, more than 20km away onlty to be told that I could not get a new phone because it was past 7days. I do not understand how MTN and Jet calculate 7days and I do not appreciate Anele making a fool of me. The service at both Jet in Alice and Fort Beaufort was very bad and unprofessional, especially from the staff at Fort Beaufort that made me look like a fool, wasting my time and money.
