42 Inch LG Plasma taken for repairs on 08/01/2013

On the 08/01/2013 I took my TV in for repairs because it had blown up. I took it to Furniture City were I bought it because i have been paying insurance for it. It was booked in with supplier for repairs the next day and I was told that they will get back to me with proper feedback. I have not been receiving any feedback instead I am doing the chasing. The matter is I am being sent from pillar to post and was told the manager Gerald Gotha left the store and last week he was back at the store again. A lady named Nomfundo took over that case and still no help from her. 2 weeks back Nomfundo promised i will have my TV back last week and it has not happened. Now she does not know what's going on and her manager (Gerald) has been promising to get back to me and that's not happening. I phoned this morning again and was told that the manager is on leave only to find out he is at the store. Spoke to him at 11:00 and he promised to call me back after an hour, I am still waiting. I am paying the instalment for this every month with insurance and I am not getting any help. It almost 2 months now without my TV even missed the AFCON. Please assist I want my TV back.
