On Saturday 21/09/2013 I upgraded my contract and took a 7" Samsung Tablet 2.
On the 5 October 2013 I returned the device due to mail function battery. I was told by Anele that it should take about a week.
On Tuesday 15/10/2013 iI went to the branch again to find out that the device have been discontinued and that they waiting on their finance department for alternatives.
On Thursday 31/10/2013 Anele phoned me after I have send a message, that they are still waiting on their finance the department, I even offered to pay in if I can get a better device. Today again I have send messages to Anele and Nathaniel (who help me originally with the contract) but no reply.
Its not my problem if the device were discontinued and all I want is a new device, seeing that I am paying for something I dont have
