I took my daughters Blackberry 9360 into Greenacres for repairs, the scroller started freezing. The phone is 6 months old. I was told that this is a daily complaint/repair on Blackberrys and it would take approximately 2 days to repair. After 2 days (receiving no feedback from Vodacom) i phoned to enquire about when the phone would be ready and was told that they were waiting for parts, I asked them to find out how long it would take and keep me updated. On saturday afternoon, i once again phoned (as i had received no call) and was told exactly the same story. However, was told that the phone would probably be ready on Tuesday (today 18/6/2013). I have made 3 phone calls today, and still am unable to find out where the parts are, when the phone will be ready, etc. Pathetic!!! This is a 6 month old phone, is there something major wrong with the phone or just lazy staff? Either fix the phone asap or supply me with a new one.
